We also believe in the power of word-of-mouth referrals, so want to reward you with a gift card or charity donation on your behalf of up to $500 value (refer full details below) for helping us reach other SME business owners and managers who could benefit from our expert HR and recruitment support (though note that we also welcome referrals to our associated brands, Success Through People, and Short N Sharp Training).

As a token of our appreciation for a successful referral, you can choose one of the following rewards:
- eGift Card: up to $500 value, depending on the potential value of the referred client (refer below plus T&Cs for details), OR;
- Charity Donation: Have the equivalent eGift Card amount donated to one of our currently selected charities:
REWARD VALUE:
The value of the reward depends on the amount of the first invoice issued to the referred client, in accordance with the following table:

HOW TO REFER
Step 1:
Reach out to another SME business owner or manager who you think could benefit from our expert HR and recruitment support, and/or the offerings of our associated brands, Success Through People, and Short N Sharp Training.
Step 2:
If they confirm they are interested in learning a bit more about who we are and how we might be able to help them, complete the form on this page with the details (or send an email to the referral party and us, via [email protected], introducing us to one another and encouraging connection for potential mutual benefit), and we’ll take it from there!
Step 3:
If your referral isn’t already known to us and engages us to work with them, the reward will kick in and you can look forward to shortly receiving your eGift card, or bathing in the feel-good sensation of knowing that you’ve made a contribution to a worthy charity.
