SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL

A referral is deemed successful when the referred party becomes a new client by engaging us and paying their first invoice. Only one reward is payable per referred business/organisation.

NEW INTRODUCTION

The referred party must not be a current or past client (or a related entity of a current or previous client), or a recipient of any of our communications at the time of referral (e.g. they must not be currently in discussions with us, or on one of our mailing lists).

ACTIVE INTRODUCTION

You must have advised us of the referral in advance of the client engaging us. You can do this by completing the available online form, or by some other means that we, at our discretion, deem satisfactory (eg. by sending an email to both the referred party and us, encouraging connection for potential mutual benefit). 

REWARD VALUE

The value of the reward relates to the amount of the first invoice issued to the client, in accordance with the following table:

SUCCESS THROUGH PEOPLE & SHORT N SHARP TRAINING

While providing quality HR and recruitment support is our bread and butter, we also provide more strategic support in relation to workplace culture and engagement, plus leadership and team coaching and training. A referral fee will therefore also be payable (under these arrangements) for clients referred to our associated brands, Success Through People and Short N Sharp Training.

OTHER STUFF

(1) Program terms may be subject to change without prior notice (hey, if it’s not working for you and/or us, we’ll need to tweak it!) 

(2) We’re no fans of SPAM: Referrers are required to comply with current “SPAM” control protocols and laws. For example, any approach to a potential client must be created and distributed in a personal manner, rather than via bulk email, newsletter, social media or similar

(3) This program does not apply to any service providers with whom we have a separate, formal referral arrangement in place

(4) The payment of the reward remains ultimately at the discretion of HR Success.
