On larger projects, you will work alongside Senior Project Managers.Our Project Managers must be able to anticipate clients' needs, be solutions focused and importantly, be able to deal with technical and non-technical clientsSKILLS & EXPERIENCEYou will have relevant tertiary education with at least 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the land development industry.You will have an understanding of the statutory and regulatory requirements relating to land development and have knowledge of utility services and their requirements.
