This role is part time (ideally 3 days per week). The location is flexible – we have employees right across Australia, and we are keen to secure experienced people with a range of skills that can work remotely as well as on the ground with our clients and team. This role is Melbourne-based, however we also have a role available in Brisbane. The role will encompass a wide range of Fundraising Marcoms functions: Develop fundraising and marketing communications strategies that deliver to our client’s objectives and the operationalisation of strategies into actions. Plan, research, test and implement the production of fundraising and marketing strategies using all types of media, including newsletters, print, video, web, social and digital media. Fundraising marketing campaign and events management including preparing content for various target audiences, managing campaigns, EDMs, media releases, social media content and internal communications. Employ best practice standards for all fundraising and marketing communication activities. Analyse, track and report on Fundraising Marcomms activities to ensure efficient project delivery and produce reporting on campaigns and advertising. Design, manage and deliver premium supporter events throughout the year ranging from lecture series to conferences and Open Days. Lead the team to deliver improved performance in regular giving and lapsed donor reengagement Manage key stakeholder relationships and fortnightly reporting. About You: You’re a focussed individual and who enjoys performing your responsibilities to the highest level. You will also ideally have some experience motivating and mentoring team members (direct reports or contractors) to achieve and deliver innovative and efficient fundraising and marketing projects.  To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A degree or equivalent experience in a similar role – qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or theology would also be an advantage. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – a proven ability to build and sustain strong client, donor and team relationships. Strong organisational and time management skills, including excellent self-management and autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team, and an ability to influence both upwards and across the organisation. Understanding of digital marketing and social media. Understanding of donor journeys and engagement strategy.
