This role is part time (ideally 3 days per week). The location is flexible – we have employees across Australia, and are keen to secure experienced people with a range of skills that can work remotely as well as on the ground with our clients and team. As a Relationship / Sales Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with clients to develop direct and indirect sales channels and to sell products and services like print and digital media both directly with our clients as well as working as part of an established team. About You: You’re a focussed individual and who enjoys performing your responsibilities to the highest level. You will ideally have some sound experience in sales and / or marketing and communications, and will be eager to contribute to the success of our clients in the NFP space. To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A degree or equivalent experience in a similar role – qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or theology would also be an advantage. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – a proven ability to build and sustain strong client and team relationships. Strong organisational and time management skills, including excellent self-management and autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team, and an ability to influence both upwards and across the organisation. A relatable nature, and a demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian not for profit charitable sector. The ability to work within a Christian ethos and vision. Sound like you?
