Our client is a respected family business based in Penrith, NSW, which is a multi-trade company backed by experience, expert advice & a major focus on safety and compliance.We are currently seeking to fill the role of WHSEQ Compliance Coordinator, on a fulltime basis. Reporting to the Manager – Business Services, you will be the in-house expert on all matters relating to the integrated Management Systems encompassing WHS, Quality & Environmental Management, including providing managers and team members with expert knowledge and advice, and ensuring the continuous improvement of and full compliance with these systems.Your specific duties will include:- Drive WHSEQ compliance and best practice across the business through systems, training, consultation, and auditing- Preparation of tender documentation to assist the management team and ensure a high standard of presentation of documents & materials to meet tender requirements and present a positive company image- Preparation and development of specialised documentation as required, including workflows, procedures, checklists and e-forms, particularly utilising our new cloud based platform, Lucidity- Effective establishment & maintenance of all documentation within the Integrated Management system, ensuring all document control is managed effectively, kept up to date and adheres to strict accuracy/date/version requirements so that management & staff are always accessing correct versions or site specific documents as needed- Co-ordinate the migration and establishment of all access to documentation via a new Cloud Based system (Lucidity) as it is implemented within the business- Provide administrative maintenance & co-ordination of relevant accreditation processes ensuring readiness for Re-certification Audits & continued compliance with StandardsYou will be a skilled and experienced WHSEQ professional, ideally with a background in construction, trades or similar industries. You have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to influence others through your professional knowledge. You are highly collaborative in your approach, but understand the need for close attention to detail and compliance within the business.You have a strong understanding of current WHS, EM & QA legislation and requirements, including across ISO standards.  You will also ideally have some experience in internal auditing, tender document preparation and strong PC skills  ideally including working with integrated cloud-based systems.This is an exciting opportunity for you to make your mark in an established business that is committed to WHSEQ management.Interested?
