In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Health, Safety and Training / Senior Support Coordinator, and play an active part in the development of staff skills and knowledge through training. You’ll also drive the continuous improvement and implementation of policies, procedures and processes within the organisation. You’ll be responsible for:Designing, recording, testing and implementing training modulesProviding communication to LSP staff regarding up-coming training, assessments and workshopsMaintaining all training records, analyses the data and collate feedbackContinuous improvement surrounding all areas of training i.e. systems, policiesAbout youYou will be an organised self-starter who will utilise your qualifications and previous experience in Training and Assessment to perform the duties of this role. You will have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and deadlines. A high level of computer literacy skills is essential. You’ll also have the necessary skills to mentor, coach and develop teams across all areas of the business.
