You’re physically fit and energetic, ready to handle manual tasks like making beds, cleaning bathrooms, mowing lawns, and even chopping wood.You’re detail-oriented with a genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality.   • Bar and restaurant service
  • Kitchen duties: dishwashing, assisting with food prep
  • Basic maintenance including lawn mowing, minor repairs and gardening
  • Stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Leading, managing, training, and rostering staff
  • Ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
  • Occasionally cooking and / or supervising kitchen staff when the chef is off duty

About you
