We employ a talented team of professionals, supported by hands-on company directors and support staff, to deliver innovative land development and infrastructure projects—on time and on budget.With opportunities abounding, we’re on the lookout for new talent to join our growing team.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised and knowledgeable Project Manager to contribute to the delivery, management and coordination of all activities to deliver land development and major infrastructure projects from inception (master planning and development application) through to completion and handover. With a sound understanding of the client’s objectives, you will be involved in providing input to project budgets and programs, ensuring the outputs of the project team are "fit-for-purpose", securing development and construction approvals, keeping the client informed, providing technical leadership, ensuring effective financial control and producing technical reports. It’s a broad and potentially rewarding role.About you To be successful in this role you’ll need:A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or suitable diploma with several years’ experienceExperience as a land development Project Manager in NSW (preferred)Ability to manage and coordinate land development projects Broad understanding of how civil infrastructure design integrates with utility servicing requirements and responds to environmental constraints to deliver successful subdivisionsKnowledge in road, bulk earthworks, intersections, major/minor and trunk drainage systems, investigation, design and deliveryUp-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and standard industry practices Well-developed practical knowledge of MS-Excel and ProjectHigh level of mathematical skills Organisational and administrative skills, including ability to prioritise and efficiently manage timeSound oral and written communication skills Robust and innovative leadership skills  So, What’s In It For You?Apart from competitive remuneration and the nature of the diverse role, this is a great opportunity to enhance your skills and experience in a supportive environment.
