About the Job:We are seeking a skilled Marcoms Manager to lead the marketing function for our client, based in Macquarie Park. You’ll work collaboratively with the client's team as the Wild Hive representative – we believe that people work better in flexible teams, so we select and embed high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams within organisations that we work with.As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll be driving a remit both directly with our clients as well as working as part of an established team. This role is part time (ideally 3 days per week). This role will combine working onsite as an embedded part of the team, as well as remote work as required to complete projects and other activities. The role will encompass a wide range of Marcoms functions, with a particular focus on digital communications. Other duties will include: Developing marketing and communications strategies that deliver to our client’s objectives and the operationalisation of strategies into actions. Marketing support including preparing content for various target audiences, managing campaigns, EDMs, media releases, social media content and internal communications. Planning, researching, testing and implementing the production of marketing and fundraising strategies. using all types of media, including newsletters, print, video, web, social and digital media. Employing best practice standards for all marketing and communication activities. Analysing, tracking and reporting on Marcomms activities to ensure efficient project delivery and produce reporting on campaigns and advertising. Designing, managing and delivering premium events throughout the year including Conferences and Open Days. Managing key stakeholder relationships and fortnightly reporting. About You: You’re a focussed individual and who enjoys performing your responsibilities to the highest level. You have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to build strong client and team relationships both with the Wild Hive and the RMC teams. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have: A degree or equivalent experience in a similar role – qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or theology would also be an advantage. Strong organisational and time management skills, including excellent self-management and autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team, and an ability to influence both upwards and across the organisation. A strong understanding of digital marketing and social media. A relatable nature, and a demonstrated understanding of the Christian not for profit charitable sector.
