To help us realise our potential, we’re seeking a suitably experienced Internal/Inside Sales and Customer Service Consultant. Specific key responsibilities and priorities will include:•    Handling incoming customer enquiries and providing initial information and support to ensure an exceptional customer experience•    Liaising with and fostering great relationships with our Dealer network to ensure they have what they need to be successful•    Nurturing inbound sales leads and helping to identify and pursue opportunities to generate outbound sales leads through cold and warm leads, email and other channels•    Following up customer orders, respond to issues and questions, and escalate as required•    Contributing to product and market research•    Contributing to marketing and sales initiatives as required (eg. trade shows and other promotions)•    Performing administrative tasks associated with the role including providing quotes, maintaining databases, generating reports, preparing sales documentation and entering customer orders.The role reports to the National Sales Manager (Aust/NZ) and is office-based (Emu Plains).About YouThis is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused person looking to broaden their skills and experience as part of a close-knit team. Our ideal candidate will have:•    Suitable experience in an office/administration AND sales-focused role (minimum 2 years is expected)•    Exceptional customer-service skills and experience•    Great communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels•    Excellent organisational and time-management skills, and attention to detail•    Proven experience in working with sales targets, self-motivation and a "hands on" approach to work•    Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-volume environment•    At least intermediate computer skills (preferably Microsoft Office Suite plus CRM experience), combined with experience in quickly learning new systems/applications•    Ideally, experience in working with MYOB or a similar finance/accounts system•    Current drivers licenceThough not essential, candidates with experience in relevant markets (such as industrial, construction/building products, auto industry) will be well-regarded, as would experience working within an SME business.Remuneration is in the range $70-$75kpa plus superannuation.Interested?
