We are a well established and highly regarded not for profit service provider for people with a disability.Our Lifeskills Plus vision is to empower individuals to achieve with dignity and respect and to have choice and take control as they achieve their goals.We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to join our team in a full time capacity. In this role, you’ll report to the Operations Manager, and play an active part in the overall leadership of the organisation. You’ll be responsible for the high-level administration, coordination and day to day running of a range of day programs offered to our clients across the region. Your role will include:Ensuring the teams deliver quality client-focused services in their respective service areas while operating within NDIS and Lifeskills Plus policies and guidelinesProvide direction, training, coaching and leadership to the teams, ensuring shared understanding, pursuit and achievement of strategic and operational objectivesDeveloping, maintaining and submitting accurate and current records and reports in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.Developing a high-performance team culture that supports and develops each team memberDeveloping relationships and work with people with a disability and their families, applying a person-centred approach to promote the inclusion and participation of people with disability to exercise choice and control over their life decisions.You will be an organised self-starter who will utilise your previous experience in program development or program management/coordination to ensure existing programs are relevant and effective, whilst planning and implementing new programs. You will have proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and work to budgets and deadlines. A high level of computer literacy skills is essential. You’ll also be a proven people leader and be able to mentor, coach and develop a team of professional support service workers across our day programs. Ideally, you’ll have a background and previous experience in either disability services, health or similar.
